Ingredients/Components
- orange juice - 1 Tbsp
- cooked chicken - 6 oz
- can Chinese vegetables, drained - 1 item
- bamboo shoots or cooked pea pods - 4 oz
- cooked French-cut string beans - 1/2 pkg
- can sliced mushrooms, drained - 4 oz
- or more mushroom liquid - 1 Tbsp
- envelope MBT chicken broth dry - 1 item
- to 7 capfuls soy sauce - 4 item
How to make chinese casserole:
Heat all ingredients in a Teflon skillet, uncovered. Stir gently until well heated. Makes dinner for one with a 4-ounce portion of limited vegetables (pea pods or bamboo shoots).Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pasta shells.
