  • orange juice - 1 Tbsp
  • cooked chicken - 6 oz
  • can Chinese vegetables, drained - 1 item
  • bamboo shoots or cooked pea pods - 4 oz
  • cooked French-cut string beans - 1/2 pkg
  • can sliced mushrooms, drained - 4 oz
  • or more mushroom liquid - 1 Tbsp
  • envelope MBT chicken broth dry - 1 item
  • to 7 capfuls soy sauce - 4 item

How to make chinese casserole:

Heat all ingredients in a Teflon skillet, uncovered. Stir gently until well heated. Makes dinner for one with a 4-ounce portion of limited vegetables (pea pods or bamboo shoots).
