Ingredients/Components

  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • ground meat - 2 lb
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • can water - 1 item
  • can Chinese noodles - 1 item
  • small can mushrooms optional - 1 item
  • can Chinese mixed vegetables - 1 item

How to make chinese casserole:

Brown meat with celery and onion. Add all ingredients except noodles. Pour mixture into a large baking dish. Top with Chinese noodles. Bake at 325° for 50 minutes. Serve with side order of rice.
