Ingredients/Components
- can chow mein noodles - 1 item
- chopped onion - 2/3 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce - 2 3
How to make chinese beef casserole:
Brown meat and drain excess fat. Add celery and onions and continue simmering. Stir in soups and sauce. Fold in noodles. Pour into casserole dish and bake for 30 to 35 minutes in 350° oven.Optional: May top with chopped onions just before serving.
