Ingredients/Components
- water
- soy sauce - 1/4 c
- ground beef - 1 lb
- diced celery - 1 c
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- Chinese noodles - 1 c
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- drained bean sprouts - 1/2 c
How to make chinese beef:
Brown meat in small amount of oil. Add all ingredients except noodles. Place in greased casserole. Bake, covered, for 1/2 hour, then bake, uncovered, 1/2 hour in a 350° oven. Sprinkle with noodles and bake 15 minutes longer.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Main dish, 3 steps or less.
