Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- flour - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can golden mushroom soup - 1 item
- round steak - 2 lb
How to make round steak and gravy:
Cut round steak into serving pieces. Salt, pepper and flour each piece of meat. Drain off grease. Slice onion and add to meat. Cover and simmer 45 to 60 minutes until steak is tender. Can use other cream soups.Recipe categories: Main dish, Beef, Steak.
