Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- can evaporated milk
- ground round - 1 lb
- cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- cans whole green chilies
- mild picante sauce - 16 oz
- monteray jack cheese - 1 lb
How to make chili rellenos:
Line casserole dish with chilies face down. Cook meat then put on top of that. Next mix flour, milk, and eggs together and pour on top of cheese. Bake at 300° for 30 min. then take out and pour picante on top and bake for 15 min. more. This can be put together the night before.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Peppers.
