Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt
- water - 1/2 c
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 2 tsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- small onion, chopped - 1/2 item
- chopped tomatoes
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- elbow macaroni - 4 oz
- kidney beans - 1 c
- pepper or to taste
How to make chili mac:
Brown ground beef, green pepper and onion in oil in a skillet. Add tomato and kidney beans. Combine salt, pepper, chili powder, sugar, vinegar and water. Stir into meat mixture. Add dry macaroni and mix well. Cook on high until steaming freely, then simmer for 40 minutes.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Main dish, For 1 or 2.
