Chili lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- cup chopped green bell pepper - 1/2 item
- of ground beef - 1 lb
- tablespoons chili powder - 3 item
- teaspoon of pepper - 1/4 item
- cup of chopped onion - 1/2 item
- pound shredded cheddar cheese - 3/4 item
- teaspoons of salt - 2 item
- 6 ounce can of tomato paste - 1 item
- ounces of lasagna noodles - 8 item
- teaspoon of ground cumin - 1 item
- 29 ounce can of whole tomatoes - 1 item
How to make chili lasagna:
Cook lasagna noodles according to the package direction; drain.In a skillet, cook chopped green pepper, chopped onion, and ground beef; drain excess fat off. Stir in cumin, tomato paste, chili powder, pepper, salt, and whole tomatoes.
In a baking dish, alternately layer the sauce, the cooked noodles, and shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
