Chili con queso
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- flour - 2 Tbsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- Velveeta, grated - 1 lb
- finely chopped hot chilies - 2 Tbsp
- finely chopped fresh tomatoes - 1/4 c
How to make chili con queso:
Saute green peppers, tomato and chilies in the oil; put aside. Bring milk and flour to a boil, turn heat to low and slowly add the grated cheese until melted. Stir in the vegetables. Makes 3 to 4 cups.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
