Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 3 Tbsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- can tomato juice - 1 oz
- can chili beans - 1 oz
How to make chili:
Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Set aside. Combine tomato juice, vegetable oil, chili beans, chili powder, salt and pepper. Add hamburger and onion. Let simmer for 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
