Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 item
- ground beef - 1 lb
- finely chopped green pepper - 1 item
- can chili beans - 1 oz
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- chili powder more or less to taste - 2 tsp
- chopped cooked tomatoes - 1 c
How to make chili:
Brown and drain ground beef. Put into pot and add all other ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for about 1 hour.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
