Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- oil - 2 Tbsp
- hot water - 1 c
- diced green pepper - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chili powder - 3 Tbsp
- ground beef - 2 lb
- wine vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- clove chopped garlic - 1 item
- tomatoes 2 regular cans - 4 c
- kidney beans light - 4 c
How to make chili:
Brown ground beef. Saute oil, onion, garlic and green pepper. Add to beef. Add remaining ingredients and simmer at least 1 hour.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Chili.
