Ingredients/Components
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- sliced mushrooms - 1 c
- asparagus - 2 c
- large tomato - 1 item
- romaine lettuce leaves - 6 item
- nonfat mayo - 1/2 c
- large bow tie pasta, cooked - 2 c
- free Italian dressing - 1/4 c
- Kraft light Colby cheese, cubed - 4 oz
How to make bow tie pasta salad:
Pour dressing over pasta, asparagus, tomato and mushrooms. Cover and refrigerate. Add Colby cheese just before serving; mix lightly. Arrange lettuce on serving platter. Top with pasta mixture. Sprinkle on Parmesan cheese. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Salads, Pasta.
