Chickpea curry
Ingredients/Components
- oil - 6 Tbsp
- medium sliced onions - 2 item
- pulped ginger - 1 tsp
- pulped garlic - 1 tsp
- ground cumin - 1 tsp
- ground coriander - 1 tsp
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- green peppers - 2 item
- fresh coriander leaves - 1 item
- water - 1 item
- large potato - 1 item
- can chickpeas - 1 oz
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
How to make chickpea curry:
Heat the oil in a saucepan. Fry sliced onion until golden brown. Lower heat and add all the spices, the green chilies and fresh coriander. Stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add water.
