  • shredded carrots - 3/4 c
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • cube melted oleo - 1/2 item
  • chicken, boiled, boned and diced - 1 item
  • or 3 zucchini - 2 item
  • Croquette herb dressing - 3 c

How to make chicken zucchini casserole:

Set chicken aside. Dice zucchini in 1-inch chunks; cook until tender and set aside. Simmer onion and carrots in oleo until tender. Mix all together with cream of chicken soup; add 2 1/2 cups herb Croquette dressing. Pour in casserole dish; add the other half cup dressing mix on top of casserole and bake at 350° for 30 or 40 minutes. Makes a whole meal.
