Chicken zucchini bake
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- Bisquick - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated cheese - 1/4 c
- parsley - 1 item
- zucchini slices
- cut up cooked chicken - 2 c
How to make chicken zucchini bake:
Heat oven to 350°. Arrange zucchini in 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with chicken. Mix soup and milk, spread over chicken. Mix Bisquick, cheese and egg until crumbly. Sprinkle over soup mixture. Sprinkle with parsley, drizzle with margarine. Bake until golden brown, about 25 to 30 minutes.Other adaptations: Broccoli can be substituted for zucchini. Any favorite cream soup can be used.
