  • milk - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • chicken broth - 4 tsp
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
  • minced onion - 1 Tbsp
  • fryer - 1 item
  • small can mild green chilies - 1 item
  • flour tortillas cut tortillas into 8 wedges, or corn tortillas may be used - 10 item

How to make chicken tortilla casserole:

Cook chicken; debone and cut in pieces. Combine soup, milk, onion and green chilies along with chicken broth and mix well. Grease casserole and add in layers: liquid first, then chicken, cheese and tortilla wedges, ending with liquid and cheese on top. Use 2-quart casserole. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
