Chicken spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- grated Cheddar cheese
- onions, chopped - 4 item
- diced celery - 3 c
- small jars pimiento - 2 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 4 item
- bell peppers, chopped - 2 item
- stick oleo or margarine - 1 item
- spaghetti, uncooked - 24 oz
- small cans mushrooms - 2 item
- cooked and deboned chicken - 10 lb
- small can black olives, sliced - 1 item
How to make chicken spaghetti:
Cook and season fryers and reserve broth for cooking spaghetti. Debone chicken and cut in small pieces. Saute onions, celery and peppers in margarine. Add soup, cheese, chicken, pimiento, mushrooms and black olives. Cook spaghetti in reserved chicken broth. To chicken mixture, add cooked, drained spaghetti. Do not bake. It can be kept warm in a crock-pot or electric roaster. It also freezes well. This is a large recipe, great for large gatherings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Spaghetti, Whole chicken.
