Chicken spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- bay leaf - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- spaghetti - 12 oz
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- clove garlic, chopped - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 1/2 lb
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- hen, cooked - 1 (4
- small can mushrooms optional - 1 item
- hot sauce or Tabasco - 1 tsp
- 1/2 cans tomato sauce - 1 item
How to make chicken spaghetti:
Cook spaghetti in chicken broth and bay leaf adding enough water to keep it moist. Saute onion, green pepper and garlic in oil. Add tomato sauce and cook slowly. Add mushrooms, soup and deboned chicken, then simmer. Add part of the cheese and mix with spaghetti. Sprinkle with cheese and bake in 350° oven for 30 minutes.
