Chicken tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter or margarine - 1/3 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- spaghetti - 1 pkg
- chopped bell pepper - 1/2 c
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 oz
- chopped pimiento - 1/4 c
- cooked, deboned chicken - 3 c
How to make chicken tetrazzini:
Prepare spaghetti according to package directions and strain. Meanwhile, melt butter and saute onion and bell pepper. Heat soup and add 1/2 of the cheese to the heated soup. Add sauteed vegetables. Add spaghetti, chicken and pimiento. Pour into a pan sprayed with Pam. Top with the remaining cheese and add salt and pepper to taste. Bake at 350°, covered, for 25 minutes and uncovered for 10 minutes or until cheese browns slightly.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
