  • apricot preserves - 10 oz
  • bottle Russian salad dressing - 1 item
  • chickens fryer, raw, cut up - 2 item
  • envelopes Lipton dry onion soup mix - 2 item

How to make sweet and sour chicken:

Mix the last 3 ingredients and smear on top of chicken. Place chicken in a shallow pan. Baste chicken every 20 to 30 minutes. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. The slower and longer you cook, the more it will glaze.
