Ingredients/Components
- cold water - 2 c
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 1 Tbsp
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- rice - 1 c
- chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 1 bag frozen vegetables your choice, thawed - 1 lb
- tomato soup or tomato pure - 1 c
How to make chicken stir-fry:
The Topping:1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into strips2 Tbsp. vegetable oil1 lb. (1 bag) frozen vegetables (your choice), thawed1/2 tsp. ground ginger1/4 tsp. garlic powder1 c. tomato soup or tomato pure2 Tbsp. soy sauce1 Tbsp. vinegar Start the rice cooking in a rice cooker or pan. Fry the chicken in oil over high heat. Remove and reserve. Fry the veggies, ginger and garlic powder over medium heat until tender-crisp. Add soup, soy sauce and vinegar, then heat until boiling.
