Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1/2 lb
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- hamburger meat - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 item
- small jar pimentos - 1 item
- can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 1 pkg
How to make green enchiladas:
Brown hamburger meat and onion together. Drain well. Fry tortillas until soft. Roll meat into them. Lay into a shallow baking dish. Melt cheese, soup and milk together until smooth. Add pimentos and chilies. Pour cheese mixture over tortillas and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
