  • water - 5 c
  • bay leaf - 1 item
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • spaghetti - 1 lb
  • chicken - 1 (4
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • celery, chopped - 1 c
  • cream of chicken soup - 1 c
  • garlic, chopped - 1 item
  • canned tomatoes - 1 c
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • chicken fat - 1/2 c

How to make chicken spaghetti:

Simmer chicken in water with bay leaf. Salt and pepper. Cook until tender. Use 2 or 3 celery tips of plain. Pull meat off bone and dice in bite size pieces. (Save broth and skim off fat.) Put meat and fat in skillet and add chopped vegetables. Cook until tender.

Add chicken and cook 8 minutes. Cook spaghetti (drain and rinse). Put all ingredients into large casserole or electric roaster. Add enough broth to make mixture moist. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Top with cheese when served.
