Chicken roll-ups
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- can crescent rolls - 8 oz
- skinless chicken breasts - 2 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- slices American or Cheddar cheese - 4 item
How to make chicken roll-ups:
Boil chicken for 40 to 45 minutes, until done. Cool. Remove meat from bone. Heat both cans of soup with the 3/4 cup of milk on medium heat until warm.Separate and lay crescent rolls flat; place about 1 large tablespoon of chicken on the wide end of the roll. Lay 1/2 slice of cheese on top, then roll wide end to small.
Put a thin covering of soup on the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Place the rolls in the pan. Cover with a little soup so the rolls are covered. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes or until light brown. Serve with remaining soup and a vegetable.
