Ingredients/Components
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/4 c
- can Swanson chicken broth - 1 item
- raw regular rice - 1/2 c
- shredded processed cheese - 1 c
- can Swanson chunk chicken - 1 oz
How to make chicken rice casserole:
Cook onion in butter until tender. In 1 1/2-quart casserole, mix onion, chicken broth, chicken, cheese and rice. Cover, bake at 375° for 1 hour. Makes 4 servings.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
