Chicken moutarde
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 item
- Dijon mustard - 3 Tbsp
- whole chicken breasts, halved - 4 item
How to make chicken moutarde:
Power: High.Microwave Time: 18 to 20 minutes.
Remove skin from chicken pieces and dry thoroughly. Mix mustard and butter. Brush on chicken. Place chicken pieces in a 12 x 8-inch baking dish, meatier parts toward edge of dish. Cover with waxed paper. Microwave at High 18 to 20 minutes or until chicken is tender. Rotate dish 1/2 turn after 9 to 10 minutes of microwaving. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes. Sprinkle with paprika before serving. Yields 4 servings.
