Chicken quiche
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- Cheddar cheese - 4 oz
- pie crust - 1 item
- whipping cream unwhipped - 2 c
- cooked chicken breasts, cubed - 2 item
How to make chicken quiche:
Bake pie shell for 8 to 10 minutes; remove from heat. Brush with egg yolk. Cool. Layer with cheese, chicken and egg mixture. Repeat until all is used. Bake for 15 minutes at 400°. Reduce heat to 300°. Bake 45 minutes. Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.This is a good dish for a luncheon and is good served with a Seven Layer Salad.
