Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- baking powder
- butter, melted - 4 Tbsp
- canned milk - 3/4 c
- shredded zucchini
- Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs - 3/4 c
How to make zucchini cheese muffins:
Stir together all dry ingredients and the cheese. In a separate bowl beat together eggs, butter and milk. Stir in zucchini. Add liquid ingredients to the dry flour mixture and stir just enough to moisten. Spoon into well-greased muffin cups. Bake at 400° for 20 to 22 minutes.
