Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 3
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- Bisquick - 3 c
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chicken broth - 2/3 c
- chicken breasts - 4 item
- can sliced carrots - 1 item
- can green peas - 1 item
How to make chicken pot pie:
Boil chicken; reserve 2/3 cup chicken broth. In medium pan, melt butter. Slowly pour in 1 cup Bisquick; mix until smooth. Pour milk, a little at a time, stirring. Mixture will thicken. Add vegetables, salt and pepper.Crust: Mix 2 cups Bisquick and chicken broth. Form ball; roll out. Pour mixture in 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Lay crust on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
