Mexican casserole
Ingredients/Components
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 item
- chili powder - 1/2 tsp
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- ground beef
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- can tomatoes - 1 1/2
- cumin - 1/4 tsp
- Cheddar cheese - 1 item
- can enchilada sauce - 1 item
- can black olives, chopped - 1 oz
- large tortillas - 3 item
- small can green chilies, chopped and drained - 1 item
How to make mexican casserole:
Brown meat and onion; drain. Combine remaining ingredients. Tear the tortillas in half and place in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread half of meat mixture on top of tortillas. Repeat layer.
