Ingredients/Components

  • garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
  • chopped onion - 1 item
  • chili powder - 1/2 tsp
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • ground beef
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • can tomatoes - 1 1/2
  • cumin - 1/4 tsp
  • Cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • can enchilada sauce - 1 item
  • can black olives, chopped - 1 oz
  • large tortillas - 3 item
  • small can green chilies, chopped and drained - 1 item

How to make mexican casserole:

Brown meat and onion; drain. Combine remaining ingredients. Tear the tortillas in half and place in the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan. Spread half of meat mixture on top of tortillas. Repeat layer. Cover with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
