  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
  • black pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • reduced-sodium chicken broth - 3/4 c
  • dried rosemary leaves, crushed - 3/4 tsp
  • boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded 1/4 inch thick - 4 item

How to make chicken piccata:

Season chicken with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour Saute chicken in the oil in skillet over medium-high heat until golden, 4-6 minutes Remove to platter, keep warm Add broth and rosemary to skillet. Boil to reduce by half. Stir in lemon
