- butter - 1 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
- black pepper - 1/4 tsp
- reduced-sodium chicken broth - 3/4 c
- dried rosemary leaves, crushed - 3/4 tsp
- boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded 1/4 inch thick - 4 item
How to make chicken piccata:
