Chicken pasta primavera
Ingredients/Components
- carrots, sliced thin diagonally - 1 c
- broccoli flowerets - 1 c
- pea pods - 6 oz
- fettuccini - 8 oz
- chicken broth - 3 c
- basil leaves - 1 Tbsp
- prepared Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- cooked chicken, cut in small pieces - 2 c
- fresh snipped parsley - 1 item
How to make chicken pasta primavera:
Steam carrots, broccoli and pea pods together until crisp-tender. Cook fettuccini in chicken broth, drain and cool.Combine vegetables, pasta and chicken. Add basil to prepared salad dressing. Toss gently into pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan and fresh parsley. Serve with tomato wedges, if desired.
