Ingredients/Components
- dairy sour cream - 1 c
- paprika - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can mushrooms with liquid - 1 oz
- cooking sherry - 1/2 c
- medium chicken breasts - 6 item
How to make chicken parisienne:
Brown chicken breasts. Combine soup, mushrooms with liquid, sour cream and cooking sherry. Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch greased dish; pour mixture over it. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until done. Serve with fluffy rice. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
