Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, chopped - 3 item
- egg noodles - 1/4 lb
- uncooked shrimp - 1/2 lb
- medium onion, cut in strips - 1 item
- diced chicken or pork - 2 c
- cabbage leaves, shredded - 5 item
- Drain in a strainer and rinse with cold water; set aside
How to make stir-fry noodles:
Drop noodles in boiling water; boil one minute. Drain in a strainer and rinse with cold water; set aside. Fry meat, garlic and onion until light brown. Add soy sauce; cook and stir for one minute.
