Ingredients/Components
- dairy sour cream - 1 c
- paprika - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- mushrooms, sliced - 2/3 c
- cooking sherry or white wine - 1/2 c
- medium, boned chicken breasts - 6 item
How to make chicken parisienne:
Prepare 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Lay washed chicken flat in pan. Combine soup, mushrooms, sour cream and wine until blended and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° about 1 1/2 hours. Serve over steamed rice or noodles.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Chicken breast.
