Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- vegetable oil, divided - 1/4 c
- boneless, skinless chicken - 1 lb
- plain breadcrumbs - 1 c
How to make chicken nuggets:
Preheat oven to 450°. Pour 2 tablespoons of oil in a 13 x 9-inch pan until evenly coated.Cut chicken in 1 1/2-inch chunks or strips. On one end of paper combine flour and salt and breadcrumbs on the other end. Mix egg and remaining oil together. Dip chicken in flour, then egg, then breadcrumbs. Turn once in pan to coat. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned.
