Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1 Tbsp
- paprika - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- margarine, melted - 3 Tbsp
- bread crumbs - 3/4 c
- oregano - 1 tsp
How to make chicken italiano:
Use frying chicken (skinned or not), cut in pieces. Combine margarine and oil in shallow baking pan. In flat dish, mix oregano, garlic powder, paprika and bread crumbs. Dip chicken in oil mixture and roll each piece in bread crumb mixture. Place in baking pan and bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
