- shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- ground cumin - 1/2 tsp

- flour tortillas - 1 item

How to make chicken flautas:
Boil chicken breasts until tender. Shred and mix with rest of ingredients. Soften tortillas in oven. Overlap 2 tortillas by half.Scoop 1/3 cup chicken mix down center of tortilla. Roll up tightly and secure with toothpicks. Fry 2 to 3 at a time in 365° oil for 3 to 4 minutes. Drain; keep warm in 300° oven.
Serve with guacamole, salsa and sour cream.
