Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 3/4 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chicken broth or water - 3/4 c
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 lb
- corn tortillas - 1 doz
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
- large can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- boiled chicken, cut up - 1 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Tear each tortilla in 8 pieces. Combine everything except cheese and tortillas in a bowl. Make layers in baking dish (9 x 13-inch), starting with tortilla: tortilla, sauce and cheese. Bake at 375° for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
