  • sour cream - 3/4 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • chicken broth or water - 3/4 c
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1 lb
  • corn tortillas - 1 doz
  • bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
  • cans cream of mushroom soup - 2 item
  • large can chopped green chilies - 1 item
  • boiled chicken, cut up - 1 item

How to make chicken enchiladas:

Tear each tortilla in 8 pieces. Combine everything except cheese and tortillas in a bowl. Make layers in baking dish (9 x 13-inch), starting with tortilla: tortilla, sauce and cheese. Bake at 375° for approximately 30 to 40 minutes.
