Chicken enchiladas

- flour - 1 c
- fryer chicken - 1 item
- jar chili pwd - 2 oz
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Boil 1 large fryer chicken, have water deep enough to float the chicken. Boil until meat falls off bones. Bone the chicken. In large pot melt lard to 1/8 inch deep. Mix flour and chili powder, add this to chicken broth. Warm flour tortillas and draw through sauce. Place in a baking dish.For Filling: Mix Chicken, green chilies or onions, cheese, and sauce. Roll up a tortilla around filling. When dish is full of enchiladas pour sauce over them, sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° in oven until heated through.
