Chicken enchiladas
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- 12 oz - 1 lb
- garlic - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 6 oz
- chicken breast - 3 lb
- flour tortillas - 2 pkg
- can green chilies - 1 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Boil chicken until done. Cool and cut up in small pieces. Add sour cream and grated Cheddar cheese to chicken and garlic powder to taste. Fill each flour tortilla shell with 2 tablespoons of filling. Roll up and place in a 9 x 13-inch lightly greased pan.In saucepan, mix tomatoes and green chilies. Pour over shells the desired amount of sauce. Bake at 350°, covered, until hot. Extra cheese can be sprinkled on top of tortillas. Makes 24.
