- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- tomatoes - 1 item
- Cheddar cheese - 8 oz
- taco seasoning - 1 pkg
- can refried beans - 1 item
- flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- Monterey Jack cheese - 8 oz
- jar salsa - 1 item
How to make mexican lasagna:
Brown beef and onion; drain. Add taco seasoning. Line large casserole dish with tortillas. Layer beans, meat, salsa and cheese; repeat. Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes. Serve with sour cream and tomatoes. Makes 8 to 10 servings.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Lasagna.
