  • diced onion - 1 c
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • shredded cheese - 1 c
  • flour tortillas - 1 item
  • small can green chilies - 1 item
  • chicken, boiled and deboned - 1 item

How to make chicken enchiladas:

Combine soups and green chilies. Heat, but do not boil. Line bottom of casserole dish with tortillas. Put a layer of chicken, soup mixture, onion and cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.
