Ingredients/Components
- diced onion - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- shredded cheese - 1 c
- flour tortillas - 1 item
- small can green chilies - 1 item
- chicken, boiled and deboned - 1 item
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Combine soups and green chilies. Heat, but do not boil. Line bottom of casserole dish with tortillas. Put a layer of chicken, soup mixture, onion and cheese. Repeat, ending with cheese. Bake at 350° until cheese is melted, about 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
