Cowboy beans
Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chili powder - 2 Tbsp
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- ground meat - 2 lb
- red pepper - 1/2 tsp
- large onion - 1 item
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 oz
- cans Ranch Style beans - 4 oz
How to make cowboy beans:
Saute onion in skillet until onion becomes clear. Add lean ground meat or chili meat, salt, pepper, garlic powder and red pepper. Cook until meat is done.Then fill a large pot with 2 quarts water, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce and chili powder. Heat until boiling. Then add meat mixture with Ranch Style beans and can of mushroom soup. Cook slowly 2 to 3 hours. Stir often to keep beans from sticking.
