- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1/2 item
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- or 5 chicken breasts - 4 item
- Velveeta cheese, cut in strips - 1 item
- corn tortillas 10 count - 1 pkg
How to make chicken enchiladas:
Cook chicken breasts in salted water until tender. While chicken cooks, mix chicken soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes, onion and green pepper in a large bowl. Remove chicken from broth. Skin and bone.
