  • butter - 1/4 c
  • lemon juice - 2 Tbsp
  • honey - 1/2 c
  • dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • orange juice - 1/2 c
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped parsley optional - 2 Tbsp

How to make honey barbecue chicken:

Mix all ingredients in saucepan, simmering for 2 to 3 minutes. Season chicken, roll in flour and brown on both sides. Bake in moderate oven, covered, for 45 minutes, basting frequently with sauce.
