Ingredients/Components
- chopped onions - 1 item
- corn tortillas - 12 item
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
- mild picante sauce - 1 c
- browned ground chicken or turkey - 1 lb
How to make chicken enchilada casserole:
Combine the first 4 ingredients together. Tear the tortillas into quarters and lay on the bottom of a casserole dish sprayed with vegetable spray. Layer the meat mixture, onions and tortillas, finishing with the onions. Bake at 350° for 30Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Casseroles.
