Green enchilada casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- grated cheese - 1 c
- corn tortillas - 1 doz
- small can chopped green chilies - 1 item
How to make green enchilada casserole:
Fry tortillas in hot fat until they bubble. Place in casserole. Alternate a tortilla with onions and cheese until all are used up. Mix together milk, green chilies and soup. Heat. Pour mixture over top and bake in a moderate 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes. Serves 4 to 6 people.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Main dish, Casseroles.
