Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- can Ro-Tel tomatoes - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts - 4 item
How to make chicken enchilada casserole:
Broil chicken breasts until tender. Tear and cut into bite-size pieces and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Mix together mushroom soup, Ro-Tel tomatoes and sour cream. Pour over chicken.
